POOL & PARK RULES

POOL RULES: 

 

1. No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. It is strongly recommended that no member swim alone. 

2. No child under the age of eighteen (18) will be allowed in the pool unless accompanied by an adult. The adult is fully responsible for that child. 

3. Running, rough play, dunking, excessive noise and unreasonable conduct are prohibited. 

4. No diving or flips from any side of the pool. 

5. Only approved water wings, floats, snorkels, swim fins and balls are permitted. Air mattresses are permitted if pool space is available. 

6. Lakewood Recreation Club will not assume responsibility for loss of valuables or clothing from the bath house or pool area. 

7. No glass containers in the pool area. Light snacks in the pool area are allowed provided you clean up your area upon leaving. 

8. No smoking or pets allowed in the pool area. 

9. Members are responsible for guest behavior, cleaning the pool area, and making sure lights are off and gate locked before leaving. 

10. Our pool is open to members, their families and their guests. Guests shall be accompanied by a member. Residents of Lakewood Subdivision, Timberlane, or Schallodin, who are not members of Lakewood Rec Club, cannot be a guest. Guest fee is $2. 

11. All members are charged with the responsibility of enforcing these rules for the safety of all. Please have your children follow them for their SAFETY!!! 

 

PARK RULES: 

 

1. No motorized vehicles in the park, for safety reasons. 

2. Bicycles must be placed in the rack by the pool entrance. 

3. No throwing balls or any rough playing under the pavilion.

4. No bike-riding, skate-boarding, or riding scooters under the pavilion. 

5. No pets in the park. 

6. Pavilion is for LRC members only unless you have rented the pavilion.
